Divorce case in court for over 10 years

A multi million dollar divorce case has been going on for over 10 years due to over 600 motions filed by both sites.  The case is between former Connecticut investment adviser David Zilkha and his ex-wife, Karen Kaiser.  The main issue at hand is child visitation. Mr. Zilkha claims he has not been able to see his 12 year old twin kids for 2 years, because court requires him to do supervised visitations that cost $5000!

The case has also uncovered some insider Microsoft trading. It was discovered due to some tips Mr. Zilkha to Pequot Capital Management Inc, Pequot made $14 million. SEC sued Pequot and settled for $28 million. Then SEC paid $1 million to Mrs. Kaiser for helping with the investigation, the most they have paid anyone for such information.
