Meditation for these business leaders is what keeps them focused and motivated. They meditate every day some use a mantra others sit and do nothing the meditation is a time to reflect within and be with their inner selves to prepare for the day ahead.

Jack Dorsey

Jack Dorsey is the CEO of Twitter and the CEO of Square. These are huge multi-billion-dollar companies and the way that Jack manages, is by blocking off 2 hours of his day for his devotion to meditation. He started meditating long before his rise to managing these two large tech companies. Jack Dorsey enjoys his meditation and takes it very seriously with trips to Burma for week-long silent meditation retreats during the year.

Ray Dalio

Ray Dalio is a billionaire hedge fund manager; he is a philanthropist and known for starting Bridgewater Fund over 40 years ago. Ray has not had an easy ride up the financial ladder, early in his career he was bankrupted by a bad bet during the start of Bridgewater, and this is when he found meditation. Ray Dalio wrote a book called Principals and he says, “When the pain passes, don’t just go forward, reflect because that’s where your progress is”. By reflecting Ray means meditating and says it has helped him a lot in balancing his emotions.

Naval Ravikant

Naval Ravikant is the chairman and CEO of AngelList and invested in the start-ups that have proved extremely successful such as Uber, Foursquare, and Twitter. Naval is famous for his how-to become rich and successful series that is available on the web in short videos. He says that his meditation is a very simple one and that is to sit for an hour each day and do nothing.
